GROUP WATER CONFIDENCE
Water Confidence training is a 90 minute group class aims to empower individuals to overcome their fears and enhance overall comfort and confidence in the water.
Water is “the great equalizer” and can, very effectively, reveal areas where improvement is needed. Learning proper techniques and skills in a controlled and safe environment with community support is the best way to grow your competence in the water.
Each class will support you in unlocking a part of yourself that will learn to remain calm under immense pressure, and carry into every area of your life.

Water Confidence training is a great way to explore your physical and mental limits in a SAFE and controlled environment.
